For as long as I can remember I have always had a love of art. It was then and still is now an escape for me, and I love to see how my paintings will evolve to become the final piece.

Lesley Davies – About Me
I have always had a love of all things art and have been creating art for as long as I can remember. For me art has always been a form of escape, a type of therapy that calms me and lets me express myself and my emotions.
When I finished school I completed a Commercial Art Course at East Sydney Tech. I went on to have many careers using my skills as an artist, some in cell painting for cartoons, retouching photographs and more. In later years I did an Art Course majoring in Sculpture, as I love to learn new mediums and styles.
I then started Bush Babies Downunder, my own business selling a range of Prints, Mugs, Baby wear and more, all with my artwork on them. The business is quite different now, selling removable wall decals and a range of prints. It is run by my two daughters now, but they still use all my designs.
Some of my favourite mediums or styles are, Pencil drawing, watercolours and of late Abstracts in Acrylics.
I really hope you love my designs as much as I love creating them.
