Terms and Conditions

SHIPPING:
Shipping time is approx. 2 weeks for limited edition prints. All other orders: e.g. Original Artworks and non-limited edition prints, will be sent within 3-5 business days of us receiving the order.
We send via Australia Post and also via specialised art couriers for our paintings.

RETURNS:
Because the nature and process of sending paintings we do no accept returns. In the event your order arrives damaged, please send a photo of the damage and email us at hello@lesleydaviesart.com.au we will assess these on a case by case basis.

FINE ART LIMITED EDITION PRINTS:
All of our limited edition prints are Archival giclee prints produced on thick 310gsm cotton rag paper including a 5cm white border, all prints are produced with pigment ink.

Prints should be handled with care and kept out of direct sunlight.

We recommend archival products when framing our prints.

All prints are handled with the utmost care when being placed into the sturdy tubes and are packaged with acid free tissue.

The unframed prints are very delicate and should only be removed from the packaging with great care by the framer, and cotton gloves should be worn at all times.

The print is professionally packaged and checked for any creases or imperfections before it is cleared and shipped.

A free pair of cotton gloves are included in Limited Edition prints. Only handle prints as little as possible with the cotton gloves.
